Smoked Salmon Crostini Recipe 

For optional experiences, remove desired portion of smoked salmon from the package and allow it to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

1 Thin baguette 
2 Tbsp extra virgin butter
3/4 cup Greek Yogurt
6 Tbsp cream cheese 
2 Tbsp fresh chopped dill 
1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Salt to taste
4 oz. smoked salmon 
Fresh dill to garnish 

Cooking Directions:

Preheat oven for 400 degrees farenhit. Slice baguette along diagnal into half slices. Mix the oil and butter and brush onto the tops of the bread pieces. Toast the bread for 8-10 minutes. Mix Greek Yogurt, cream cheese, dill and lemon juice until the mixture is soft and spreadable. Add salt to taste. Once baguette slices have cooked, top with 1 tsp of the Greek Yogurt mixture. Then top with smoked salmon. Place a small dollop of the Greek Yogurt mixture in the center of the smoked salmon slice.
