First time to buy Sam's cookies.  I always bake my own.  They did NOT disappoint.  Soft, tasty and loaded with chocolate chunks!  Will definitely buy again

These are always my go-to cookies when buying for parties or any time I bring treats to an event.   They are always complemented and usually the first to be eaten.

Popular Treat

These chocolate chunk cookies are the cat's meow! The are absolutely delicious and surely don't "hang around" very long. They make for a really special treat and with a few seconds in the microwave, they spread an aroma around the house that makes them even more inviting!

I love these cookies but this was the first time by the time I got home they were all broken into pieces, what a dissapointment!  I will still buy them! but if my next purchases keep breaking I wont continue!!

These are yummy big cookies...I just wish they were a bit sweeter and softer!  A good buy compared to the in-house cookies at the grocery stores!

A Great Cookie!

Soft and chocolatey. Package need revised as the cookies tend to break into pieces after a day or two. Tasty at first but lack that homemade flavor.  Would by again for the low price on Scan and GO. Still a good value!

Always buy for self and others for thank you.  The last batches we purchased were not as fresh .   But will not stop buying in future,  we usually love them !

Cookie disappointment

These cookies are normally delicious beyond belief. HOWEVER, it seems there's multiple bakers at the Matthews, NC store - one of which overcooks these cookies (possibly the muffins too) until they're dry and crunchy- which makes them terrible! You can actually see how light some are (which you know they're cooked right) vs much darker brown ones (bake dates on overcooked cookies are always different than the non-overcooked ones, so this theory makes sense but could be wrong). Anyways, I get so disappointed when there's no fresh good ones available because I refuse to buy the dried hockey puck/ overcooked ones now and going to another store is much further away than I'd like. I've even called to let someone know, but it still happens!!
