Cooking Instructions:

Keep Member’s Mark Breaded Mozzarella Sticks frozen until ready to prepare.

Conventional Oven: preheat to 425°F, arrange in a single layer on baking sheet, cook for 10-12 minutes (half bag). Allow sticks to rest for 2 minutes, then eat and enjoy!

Toaster Oven: preheat oven to 400°F, arrange in a single layer on baking sheet, cook 1 serving (3 sticks) for 8-9 minutes, or 2 servings (6 sticks) for 9-12 minutes. Allow sticks to rest for 2 minutes, then eat and enjoy!

Commercial Fryer:preheat fryer oil to 350°F, fry for 2 minutes 30 seconds (whole bag). Allow sticks to rest for 2 minutes, then eat and enjoy!

Home Fryer: preheat fryer oil to 350°F, fry 1 or 2 servings (3 or 6 sticks) for 2 minutes 30 seconds. Allow sticks to rest for 2 minutes, then eat and enjoy!

Convection Oven: preheat oven to 450°F, arrange in a single layer on baking sheet, cook for 6-7 minutes (1 full bag) or 7-8 minutes (2 full bags). Cook times may vary based on appliances.
