1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons water
4 cloves garlic
3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- Remove protective ice glaze from frozen thighs by holding under lukewarm running water about 1 minute; pat dry with paper towels.
- Combine juice, soy sauce, sugars, water, garlic and ginger in s nonstick skillet cook over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add chicken, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees fahrenheit.
