Place chicken in a large bowl, and cover with buttermilk. Cover and chill for at least two hours, or overnight for a crispy, juicy chicken. 2. In a large bowl, add eggs, and water. Top quality. Great for a quick and healthy go to when you're running late on dinner.  Thaw in water for about 10 minutes. Put a few pieces in a skillet, pour some Italian salad dressing over the top and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Great over rice.

Italian chicken

First time trying these chicken tenderloins.  I like that they are individually frozen, so I can take out how many I need and keep the rest frozen.  The size is perfect for us.  Chicken breasts are so big and take forever to cook properly. I love the tenderloins. Would definitely buy again.

Convenient

These frozen tenders are my favorite way to buy them.  Since they're flash frozen, they are separated in the bag and don't stick together so I can get out as many at a time as I want to use.  The quality is great and I always keep a bag in my fridge.

My new favorite

I like these Member's Marck Chicken Breast Tenderloins because they are cut into smaller sizes than the full-sized chicken breasts and therefore cook up so much faster. The taste is good and doesn't have a lot of fat. I can fit a lot of these in my electric pressure cooker, add seasonings, liquid and have delicious, juicy chicken in very little time. I now get the Member's Mark brand over the name brand because these are a better value, and according to my husband, have a better flavor. Thank you for reading.

Tasty Tenderloins Cook More Quickly Than Full-Size

Purchased as one of the meat options for a barbeque night with a group of eleven. Marinated some in teriyaki and some in cajun butter and placed on bamboo skewers on the grill. These tenderloins held the marinade flavors really, really well and didn't dry out. They were quick to cook for the rotation of meat on the grill, to quickly feed a lot of hungry people. Defrosted in fridge first and marinated over night.

I always have a bag of these in the freezer. They cook from frozen making it nice when you don't have time thaw something out. Sometimes I let them thaw about halfway and it's easy to slice them down the middle and make thin fillets for chicken parm.

Very moist

I cook chicken for my Maltese because she is a very picky eater and this chicken works good. You get a lot and it tastes really good.

Good chicken

i understand chicken is soaked in salt water to make it weigh more!!! However, i rather not buy lbs of undercover water. When package states 6 lbs of chicken i would prefer  5 1/2 - 6 lbs of chicken after the defrost. the water soak enlarges each unit .In return while i get less chicken and paying for lbs of water

This product used to be good quality with decent size tenders. It was out of stock in our local store and recently restocked. They quality on the new stock is so bad. The pieces are choppy and very small.

New batch quality is sub par

I've been buying this product all the time, but this last time the cuts are so thin and small that they don't look like chicken strips. When thawed, they look like chicken scraps rather than pieces of breast. The quality has decreased—please return the product to its previous standard.
