Member’s Mark™ Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts with Rib Meat are a source of lean, high-quality protein with 130 calories and 25 grams per 4 oz (112g) serving. Chicken breasts are the utility players of the kitchen, perfect to serve as center-of-plate, or diced and comingled in a rice or quinoa bowl with your favorite ingredients, like fresh avocado, beans, cilantro, and sprinkled with cumin, or sauteed in a wok with fresh vegetables, cauliflower rice, and coconut aminos. Conveniently packaged with 2 or more chicken breasts in each perforated pouch (feeds 2-3 people), for flexibility to use only what you want, and freeze or refrigerate the rest, Member’s Mark™ chicken breasts make dinners and lunches easier. Chicken breasts are great to throw into an easy marinade of extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, in a food storage bag or container for at least 2 hours, and grilled. Recipe Inspiration: Italian Chicken & Vegetable Skillet

  1. Wash and slice or chop ½ to 1 cup of your favorite fresh veggies. Ideas: Grape or cherry tomatoes, green beans, yellow squash, bell pepper, onion.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in skillet.
  3. Add Member’s Mark™ Fresh Boneless Chicken Breasts, cut into chunks (cook and stir 5-6 minutes, or until golden brown). Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. Toss in fresh veggies. Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until veggies are tender-crisp.
  5. Add tomatoes last; cook and stir 1-2 minutes or until tomatoes are slightly softened and chicken is cooked through. Viola! Enjoy.
