Angus beef provides any steak lover with a juicy, tender and more flavorful beef than other breeds.

To maintain freshness, this beef skirt steak is Cryovac® sealed. Cryovac bags are designed to provide ultimate protection and maintain product integrity and longevity. With Cryovac sealing, these steaks can be kept in the fridge for a longer time, which helps maintain the same rich, juicy flavor you would get from them if you cooked them right after purchase. Cryovac-sealed bags do change the color of your steak to a darker red, but only because the steak has no exposure to oxygen. In order to return the steak to its bright red color before cooking, simply take your Angus beef steak out of the sealed bag and expose it to the air for 10 or 15 minutes.
