I did a lot of viewing reviews on pellet smokers. This one had fewer reviews but were positive. I liked the features for the price. Only smoked one rack of ribs so far. Smoker worked flawlessly. Happy so far!

Happy with purchase

Great smoker seals work excellent, temp holds good , well built. Looking foward to agreat deal of use. Grilled some Ribeyes for the first cook and then some chuck roasts, all came out fantastic. I would recommend this greatly.

GREAT SMOKER GRILL

I have been smoking meats for years, constantly spending most of my day keeping up with the wood, making sure it ignites properly etc. This is my first pellet grill. Before purchase, I looked at the all the top brands like Tragaer, Pit Boss and others. Feature by feature and quality of the build. I didn't need or want WiFi. The quality of this unit is outstanding! It's heavy, quality steel throughout and note it's the only insulated and oven gasket sealed unit I've seen. Way better built than the “Big Boy's” units. It's also huge, you can easily smoke two briskets, some sausage and a side dish at the same time. It also has two temperature probes.
Now the important part, the pellet smoker. It produces a good amount of consistent smoke and holds temperature well. There is an additional feature of a small wood box that you can add some wood or charcoal if wanted/needed. However the pellets produce a great volume on its own.
An additional bonus is the unit comes with its own outside cover, saves money.
Since it's a Member's Mark unit, it effectively has a lifetime warranty since Sams Club will take it back at anytime, even years down the road.
Assembly was easy, recommend watching video first, they provide the link in the instructions and just take your time. I did it by myself however recommend a second person to help lift it upright. Did I mention it's heavy? 
Highly recommend this unit. Well designed and built.

Long time smoker impartial review

Excellent quality. Works great. Love that it came with a cover and meat thermometers. Is heavy so make sure you have help to unload it if you pick it up at the store.

Great smoker!

Good pellet grill. I've had success with a pork butt and a brisket (using more like a smoker), as well as burgers and brats (more of a grill). The fact that this machine can do both and is reasonably priced for the features it includes is what led me to pick this one. The size is nice for a brisket or for grilling a lot while entertaining. Perhaps the best part is the insulated body, which seems to work well as this grill is very efficient with pellets. Two 8+ hour smokes and a few nights of burgers and brats and such, and I'm still less than halfway through a 20lb bag of pellets.

This thing is a tank and I'm very pleased with the purchase...looks like it should last a long time!!

Great Pellet Grill

Works well, holds the temp steady. The smokebox produces more smoke than my previous PitBoss did. The induction burner is good for reverse searing steaks or chops.

Better than My PitBoss 1000

I have purchased 5 pellet grills.  This grill for the money is a very good buy.  Not all the features that I would like but the most for the money

Best grill I found at this price point.

Great construction. Nice seal around lid and wood box. Induction burner was DOA out of the box. Great support in getting replacement quickly, but replacement starting to show sporadic issues. Pellet feed sometimes gets disrupted and you have to give a little shake to the hopper. I cannot trust this grill to run unsupervised for extended periods for fear of fire being lost. The temperature increment settings are too large (50°F) and the grease egress is not as good as it should be.

Good construction but needs vast improvements

I have had my smoker for 10 days and still have yet to get it together because the wrong parts were in the box. It has been not the most pleasant experience getting my replacement parts. The company you are supposed to contact does not take phone calls (they say they do). You cannot text pictures of what you need and why (although they encourage you to do so), and after you get a human through e -mail they take their sweet time getting you what you need. The Fair Game group which facilitates getting what you need is a very bad organization. Customer service is the last thing they think about. In 30 years of membership I have never had a dealing with any company associated with Sam's club like this.
