We purchased 4 chairs in July, so I can only respond to what we know so far.  They are very well designed modern but not clunky looking.  They operate very smoothly.  They are very comfortable.  We absolutely love them!

FANTASTIC CHAIRS!

This chair was way beyond my expectations!  The two cup holders appear to be stainless steel.  One holds the remote and the other my glass.  There are deep storage compartments in the arms which hold lots of things like books, magazines, heating pad and other items which I have put in clear zip bags for organization.  I could. It be happier.  I love the separate head rest control.  I got it for a great price too.  It came in a large cardboard box and was delivered to my front porch.  I am in my late 60's and I was able to move it into the house and attach the back piece by myself.  There were no marks or scratches.  There were 2 wires to click together and assembly was less than 10 minutes.  The longest part was getting it out of the box as it could be damaged if you used a box cutter or knife.  TAke care opening the box and you will be glad you did.  The chair is totally worth it!!!

Comfortable-Easy to assemble-Better than I expecte

I love this chair ! I was looking far and wide for a power recliner with cup holders and a usb, i finally found it. The chair is well made and so far holding up. The motors are pretty smooth and it reclines a good way almost flat. The fabric is very comfortable and soft. I would highly recommend this chair.

Great movie chair

I purchased one for me and it was great. Then, my girlfriend had to have one as well so I ordered a second one. While a little awkward to attach the back to the frame, I did it by myself and I'm in my 80's. I love it as it is very comfortable and easy to adjust.

SECOND ONE

Good quality. Comfortable. Bought this chair for my 80 yr old father that just had knee replacement surgery. Perfect height for him to get out of and stand on his own. Only Con: the power cord is very short and the cord to chair connection does not lock in. Not a concern for normal use but a concern for an elderly person living alone. If reclined to far from the wall the power cord will pull out of the chair leaving the person unable to sit up. I just added an extension and some duct tape.

Buy it! You will not regret it. :-)

The recliner came in earlier than promised, it was very easy to assemble. It's quite comfortable, the adjustable headrest is definitely a plus. The reason I give 4 stars is because I feel the recliner is short for the legs. I'm 5'9 and my legs don't fit completely when the recliner is extended, my uncles stay out. Besides that, it's a good recliner and it was sold at a very good price.

Good recliner, little bit short

Recliner came as promised. Easy to set up and seem quite sturdy. Love all the features: Dual reclining, one touch close, cup holders and USB charger. Nicely finished and appeared to be
a great piece of furniture, especially for the great price.  I decided to return it mainly because the headrest seemed to be a little short. I'm 5"10" and 66 yo and was looking for something that fit
me a little better comfort wise. I almost kept it anyhow since in was such a solid chair loaded with features that I needed. This is the 2nd chair I have from Abbyson and I still love the 1st one. Sad to have sent this one back. Will try a different model when it come on sale.

Great recliner. Sorry to have to return.

The chair arrived with the base disconnecting from the actual padding of the chair itself. After just lifting it from the box, several (4+) screws fell out. The wood where the screws were supposed to go were already stripped making it impossible to replace the screws. This was not an error due to shipping but simply poor construction. I had to drill new holes and purchase larger screws to make the chair usable. After waiting weeks for the order, the last thing I wanted to do was return the chair so I made it work. I am not afraid that with use, the screws placed will come unattached again.

Don't buy unless you want to fix upon receiving it

PROS: The power mechanism was great. The look was great. CONS: It had a rattle when reclined. Within 2 weeks it felt like the frame was separating, and it squeaked. HORRIBLE experience trying to return it. The store wouldn't take it saying it was already returned, which it wasn't, so had to take it back home and FedEx had to pick it up at my house. All in all, big mistake buying this. Won't ever order anything big from Sam's because of it.

Nice concept, horrible idea to buy

Horrible quality. Loose screw holding mechanism to frame would not tighten. Cracked wood frame under fabric . When sitting in chair, actually leaned to the right. Sent email to customer service of manufacturer and not even the courtesy of a response.
