Finally bought myself a top of the line oled tv and I couldn't be more satisfied. After years of walking slowly by these tv,s, thinking I could never afford one, I pulled the trigger. I'm amazed every time I turn it on. The clarity and detail are incredible.

The Picture!

We love our new LG TV!  The picture quality is extraordinary and the sound system is so good that we no longer need to utilize our sound bar. The only negatives are the difficult way to add apps and using a pointer from the remote to click a keyboard is tedious and a strain on your eyes. In addition, not all apps are supported so every time we want to watch B1G 10 + or PBS Passport, we have to renter all our sign-in information.

Extraordinary Picture & Sound Quality

We absolutely love it. Taking it out of the box was the only difficult part and it wasn't too bad. We just took our time and tried to be careful. The picture is amazing, the remote is wonderful. I read some bad reviews on setting it up but we found it all so easy. We don't even use a sound bar. We're thrilled with everything about this television.

Absolutely LOVE IT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 11/2/2023. beautiful picture, it's like you are right there in the action. Taking some time getting use to the new remote as my fingers are use to a 10 year old one.

Immersive picture,

The C3 OLED from LEG has an outstanding picture.   It can do up to 4k 120Hz and supports HDR and Dolby Vision.   All this means that the picture will have an outstanding amount of detail, contrast, and color fidelity.

The built-in speakers are pretty good but won't replace a good system or sound bar.

The remote has a unique air-mouse interface - similar to the classic Nintendo Wii.  

It has a good stand and mounts well on the wall.  The screen is super-thin.

I am highly pleased with this purchase.

C3 series OLED provides excellent video

This product is exceptional! 

Unfortunately, still have NOT been able to get the built-in Amazon Alexa to integrate with the existing Amazon infrastructure in the home. Instructions are NON EXISTENT on how to do this! After many searches, found several leads that involved the installation of the LG app prior to configuring Alexa ... but they still have not been successful to perform simple tasks like "Alexa ... turn on TV" ... plus "Alexa ... tune to YouTube TV" ... all features that work on my other non-LG TVs.

I also wanted to note that the parts package included with the TV was not correct. The mounting screens to the VESA mount holes was not included. Showed M6xL20 screws in the installation brochure, but none were supplied - 4 "wood screws" were provided however! After a trip to my local hardware store to purchase the missing M6xL20, it was found that the actual mounts were M7!

Still haven't visited my local Sam's Club to discuss.

Great Picture - Missing Parts - Alexa not good!

Excellent picture. Don't like the center button on the magic remote. Too sensitive. Home Screen a little busy. 
The stand could have cutout to accommodate sound bar wires.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The video is incredible! I didn't realize how dim my old (~2008] tv was and the upgrade from 1080P to 4K is truly amazing. The display is bright and is easy to see from all angles. My only issue is the wireless connectivity. The tv sits just 5 feet from the router but was extremely difficult for the tv to see my network. After searching the internet for troubleshooting tips I had to make some very unusual changes to the router before the tv could connect to it. Note that I am using an Eero router with WiFi-6. The WiFi setup is the only reason for the 4 stars rather than a full 5.

Beautiful display!

Excellent picture and accepting DTS for movies is great. Like centralized stand as well. Presets are good, especially film maker mode. Inputs and esthetics of the TV are first class. Really nice for movies. 

Set up could have been smoother. Getting apps required accepting LG terms, but it kept blowing up when i tried to accept them. First call to tech support sent me down a wrong way rabbit whole. Second tech support person knew what she was doing, and instructed me to change the DNS, which worked. None of it, however, should have been necessary. Having to call tech support at all in the first three hours of ownership is a fail by LG. 

In addition, the feature descriptions that are in English for picture quality and such need to be re-written by a native speaker. Normal people who want to know what things do should not have to guess. The descriptions are not awful, but they are not good.

Great TV. Some work needed on outof box experience

Picture quality great, smart home and features good. On my 3rd one and every one of them close bottom of bezel all have warp in screen but does not effect picture.

Would buy again.

Two weeks old and when I turn it on I get a blue vertical line on the left side of the screen and then it turns off. Need to bring it back.
