I'm loving my new washer and dryer; the sleek look and square doors make for a modern laundry room. As a mother of 4 I do laundry about everyday. Having  the large capacity allows me to tackle more at once - also the normal cycle is quick. I connected the washer to our home wifi so it notified me when the cycle is completed. Tip of advice is to measure the doorway and space as we had to remove our baseboard to allow for a slightly larger set.

After reading the reviews of customers and checking out the reviews from Consumer Reports, which rates our models as being Top Rated and Recommended, we waited anxiously for them to arrive. First thing we washed was our Cal-King Comforter which would never fit in our 9 yr old 4.2 cu ft Washing Machine. It's always been a huge pain sending our Comforter out to be cleaned. What used to take about 2-3 days to be cleaned from our local Cleaners has now turned into 7-10 days due to "Covid" according to them. Now we are here to tell you our new LG 5.2 cu ft washer tackles our large Cal-King Comforter with ease!! And talk about Clean...all our loads of Laundry for some reason seems so much cleaner and brighter! The use of the "TURBO WASH" feature I believe is credited for this but either way, we have never been more impressed and completely satisfied with a Washer and Dryer purchase. Hats off and thank you to LG...definitely a home run!

Great Washing machine

Great washer. Extremely QUIET.  Love the dryer also.
However, the washer pushes out the water so fast, that water over flowed at drain!!!
Don't bother calling LG if you need service tho.  LING SLOW PROCESS THAT NEVER GETS ACCOMPLISHED.  ROBOTS JUST DO NOT COMPREHEND!!!

Great washer -- our 2nd LG Set

We love this front load washer! It's huge and the stackable kit saved us a lot of space. The only downside which I'm not so happy about is the door. I thought it would be glass or at least a hard plastic. It's actually a very soft plastic and if you push a little on it you can feel have fragile it is. It almost cracked when we were moving it into place.

Washer was noisy right away and now 2.5 weeks later it is extremely noisy, technican finally came out and said it was her the drum and bearings, 2 more weeks have passed and not another word from anyone. LG really stinks.

LG Products are way overrated

It is only November, and LG says it is out of stock due to Holidays. It is false advertising to offer Black Friday discounts on products that are not even available.  Shame on LG for using such deceptive selling practices.  It is not good for their reputation.
