The fridge is absolutely beautiful! It is wonderful having a mirror in the kitchen, also having so many choices of ice for your beverage. I'm just hoping that this product was built to last, as it was a very pricey investment. I was very cautious when buying it due to prior LG compressor track records. I hope they stand behind any issues….

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the years we've brought many LG appliances into our lives and have continuously been extremely happy.  From our microwave, dishwasher, TVs, plus our original introduction to LG, our large capacity washer and dryer, which 11 years later are both still going strong, we've become huge fans!  This refrigerator's no exception and is absolutely fantastic in design, functionality, and capacity!  
LG used every bit of the 26 cubic square feet smartly making storage and organization easy and maximizing the amount it can hold.  With door in door for quick access, Multiple in door storage shelves, split adjustable primary shelves, multiple fridge and freezer drawers, it holds a lot, and is customizable to meet various needs and keep food visible.  
The door dispenser height fits our water bottles perfectly, dispensing both crushed and cubed ice as well as water.  The mini cubes and craft ice dispense below directly into their freezer bins.  
Visually, it is sleek and gorgeous!  I love the clean lines created by the hidden handles which are both on the top and bottom of the doors. We currently have ours pulled out while we finish some remodeling work, but the unit is true counter depth.  The knock feature is great for true "window shopping" without letting the cold out and the lighting is great!  The interior is evenly well-lit plus the outside motion activated LED is handy.  
We are beyond happy with our new LG and have zero qualms recommending it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am writing this review to cover my new LG refrigerator. I want to start off by saying, I really like this refrigerator and I will add some information in this review that some might take as a negative but really it is just a Con with respect to my preferences and experiences with previous refrigerators. I will tell you the Pros and Cons from my perspective. 
I want to start out with the delivery process. The delivery company that was selected was nothing but the ultimate display of professionalism. From the first contact to set up the delivery to the moment they walked out of my home. Part of my review I wanted to experience the actual install myself and see what I liked and didn't. So the refrigerator was delivered just inside my front door, unboxed and ready for me to install. I specifically asked the delivery men to do just that and sent them on their way. 
So I did a quick tour of the unit and familiarized myself with the features, like to doors, drawers, shelves, trays, hoses, cord and yes the owners manual. I took some time to read the owners manual and get a good feel for the install before I started. I removed all of the plastic and tape used to secure and protect the unit. I would like to say, once unwrapped it is truly a beautiful refrigerator. I got the stainless steel one and you can see in the pictures. 
So while this was new it has many of the features that my current refrigerator has but many more improved ones. I will say though that I honestly spent a few moments trying to locate the power cord. Every other refrigerator I have ever owned had a power cord on the bottom back or middle back. This one is on the top of the refrigerator and hangs down. I think a great feature as you plug it in and roll it back ensures you won't roll over the cord. The next thing to tackle was the water supply for the ice makers. The delivery team provided me with a new one that was in the box and it was super easy to install on the refrigerator and the connection to the wall. Perfect fit and minimal tools needed. During the entire set up it was the only tool I needed other than the leveling tool that is provided. 
Ok.. let's talk about features.
First is the Counter depth size of this refrigerator. I personally love this aspect of the unit as it allows you more room than a non counter depth unit. Sometimes every inch in the kitchen matters. Now one thing to consider is how this unit sits in your kitchen. If you have counters on both sides this refrigerator will be perfect. My kitchen has a wall on the right side, this does not allow me to open the door fully when it is pushed all the way back. However the way the wall is I just have to pull it forward a few inches. Again.. this is my kitchen though and not the refrigerators bad. My favorite feature on this refrigerator is the ice makers. Yes I said makers. It makes four kinds of ice, cubed, crushed, craft and mini cubes. The beautiful part is, the craft and mini cube are deposited right in separate bins in the freezer portion of this refrigerator. Always full and ready when you want it. I absolutely love that feature of the refrigerator. The next feature is a window into your fridge. The entire door on the right side is a glass window that you can knock two times and it lights up, when not lit up it acts as a mirror. That was something to get used to because I am not used to seeing myself in the refrigerator so it takes time to adjust to. Now I don't even notice it. However, that window allows you to open it and access the products on the door without having to open the entire refrigerator to get something. It's a wonderful feature. There is also lights between the refrigerator and freezer portion that when you walk by it lights up. Very handy at night when you want to have some light in the kitchen to get ice or water and don't want to turn on the full kitchen lights. Inside the refrigerator are very similar to many others with the exception of the temp controls and ice controls. They are very conveniently placed and easy to understand and use. Here are a couple things that I am still trying to adjust to and again this is really a person thing for me and not the performance of the refrigerator. First, the ice maker side of the refrigerator door closes very hard. I am getting use to learning how not to slam it. The next thing is the glass door and fingerprints on the door. As you can see in the pictures this refrigerator does not have protruding handles like other refrigerators but those are on the top and bottom of the doors as hand holds in the door. This just takes some adjustment to get used to but again, it does not effect the refrigerator at all. 
Another great feature is the app that goes along with this and other LG products. I recommend getting that app and using the service of the staff that monitors the questions and chat feature. I have learned from them already. Plus it allows me to access the health of the refrigerator at the palm of my hand. That's a great feature for sure. Lastly I will say, overall this is a wonderful refrigerator. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a refrigerator of this kind. LG is a solid brand and I have many other products in my home that I rely on the LG brand. You can't go wrong buying this refrigerator in my opinion.

LG Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed with this refrigerator. The right side looks like a mirror and when you tap it the light comes on so you can see what's inside. The ice maker on the left panel you can get water, regular sized ice cubes or crushed ice. This makes four different types of ice. The freezer has two drawers, each with a pad inside so you don't hear the ice when it drops. One size makes large, fancy balls for cocktails and one side makes smaller craft ice. It really impresses guests when I host a party. There are three layers in the freezer, the larger deep one at the bottom. A middle tray for smaller things making them easier to find, I use this for my lunch ice packs and smaller ice cream bars. The top drawer includes the two ice trays and the right half is good size. The left side of the refrigerator door is where you replace your water filter when needed. It also has four trays to hold your condiments and smaller items. The right side you can open the front portion from the outside for quick access to drinks or snacks which is lightweight and perfect for kids. When you fully open the right side you have four shelves and one is larger to hold milk and larger items. Once you open the refrigerator you have  your bottom pantry drawer that you can set to meat, deli or produce so it stays the correct temperature. You also have to shelves on both sides and the second shelf on the right side has the option to slide back halfway if you have taller items inside and need that space. The refrigerator has handles above and below each door to open so it has a very slick look on the outside with no handles. The left side is definitely heavier with the ice maker so it tends to shut harder so I make sure to hold the handle when closing that side. The freezer has a handle on the top for you to open. I love the stainless steel look and it's easy to clean, it even comes with a microfiber cloth. It's classy looking and makes a great addition to my kitchen complimenting my appliances. My kids love the mirror side and I often catch them singing into it and making videos. I'm very impressed with this refrigerator and all it's features.

Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this fridge for several weeks now, it replaced a side by side fridge and I honestly really, REALLY love this fridge! Love at fridge sight, to tell you the truth. This is counter depth, which is as concerned about, but it is so incredibly spacious. The funny thing is that I actually find that this fridge keeps me so much more organized than the side by side. I can see everything that we have and nothing gets lost. One of the unique and interesting things about this fridge is that one side is glass and when you knock on the door, a light turns on and you can view into what you have. You can put drinks or most used items on the glass door area and you can quickly see what you have. To add to the coolness of this fridge is that, you can open the glass partition and it doesn't open the entire door, it just open the front and you can grab whatever you need without having to open the entire fridge door. I love that feature! Also, if you live in a warm weather climate like I do, this thing is an ice making beast. It makes craft ice align with your regular and cubed ice. Amazing!!! We were constantly running out of ice before with our old fridge and now we joke around about how ice rich we are now. It's awesome. Love love this fridge!

Beautiful, Spacious Fridge!

The mirror door opens for bin access only or you can open the full door for inside.  This frig makes craft ice, large round cocktail ice balls, or regular cubes.  The temp controls and filter are easy to access.  The freezer has three pull out drawers!   This frig lights up when you walk by!  Double tap the mirror and it lights up to show what's inside.  Beautiful stainless steel, easy to wipe clean.  Door grips are recessed at the top and bottom.  We love this machine!

Beautiful, Modern, Functional, and Efficient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the most spacious counter-depth refrigerators I have ever owned.  I have had four before this and my previous one was also an LG from about eight years ago. The ice maker has a lot of capacity and it makes four kinds of ice (I love the tiny cubes for my drinks).  If you drink anything requiring ice balls, then this is your fridge.  

The door is cool (no pun intended) since you can just knock on it and it shows you the interior pretty clearly.    It is a nice to have feature but the space of the interior and the ice types (which don't take away too much from the freezer space) are what really sold me on this refrigerator.

Sleek and full of space

The mirrored finish is beautiful, the functionality is so well thought out, and the craft ice is a party favorite. The look of this fridge transformed our entire kitchen. The interior provides a ton of space and the window to see drinks is super helpful. I can not recommend this LG refrigerator enough.

Simply the best fridge out there.

After having this Fridge for 2 months, we continue to be very happy with this choice. It is very roomy inside and we have not needed to even plug in the garage fridge. We like the 4 different ice choices, especially the craft ice. The front door water dispenser doesn't drip when you pull your glass away. The inside drawers all slide in and out very easy.
We love the see through door and the mirror, and while it does smudge easy from fingerprints, it cleans off quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I like the refrigerator. It's quiet and maintains its temperature evenly. It also has a lot more space than my previous LG counter depth one. 

Why 3 stars:
1) Fingerprints - this fridge is a fingerprint magnet
2) Doors came severely out of alignment. I had to call LG to get additional shims as the 2 included were not enough.
3) Not specific to this new fridge, but my last LG knock knock fridge only lasted 4 years and 2 months before dyeing. I question the reliability of the LG brand - time will tell.

Good Fridge with some cautions.

Has not cooled for three months since purchase on 08/10/2024 for new home refrigerator. Outside contractor stated he could not fix it: LG tech has replaced 6 major parts; still does not work. Presidential liaison is sending the LG tech again on 11/27/2024. Can not have a Thanksgiving dinner in new house with new appliances
