Gold Medal Lemonator

The Lemonator is a commercial grade citrus squeezer that can be used in concession stands, stadiums, breakfast bars, etc. New juicing platform allows for use of small or large lemonade cups (cup holder lifts for use of larger cups). It has an easy lever action, and is made of heavy-duty cast aluminum. Some assembly is required with this unit. Two cone options are now included with the squeezer. One cone that allows some seeds and pulp to pass through, and, a cone for no seeds to pass through. Suction cups are on each of the feet to hold the squeezer in place. (For best results, always use on a level surface). You can use this juicer for any citrus fruits, but it does great Lemon Shake Ups (recipe below). To make Lemon Shake Ups just like you buy at the local Fair: • Fill desired cup ½ full with ice. • Cut Lemon in half. • Using Lemon Squeezer (item 856057) squeeze half of lemon into cup. • Place squeezed lemon half into cup. • Add 2-3 oz. of Neutral Slush Base (item 410179) to cup (2 -3 squirts from a 1 oz. pump). Amount depends on the size cup and desired sweetness. • Top off cup with water, shake product and serve.
