WHO DOESN'T LOVE A CHIP SNACK WITH A SANDWHICH, SOUR CREAM, ETC. THESE ARE GREAT ALONE OR WITH A SANDWICH.  THEY ARE SALTY, BUT WITH THAT SAID WE ALL HAVE OUR OWN TASTE.  THEY ARE DEFINTELY MY GO TO SNACK FOR SANDWICHES.  SOUR CREAM AND ONION FLAVOR IS VERY GOOD!!

Good flavor

Good flavor. Arrived crushed to death.  I had ordered some other "flavors" but this one was just mauled to pieces. No excuse for this, Walmart. There was nothing in that box but chips and the others were fine. Someone probably sat on these because they were mad at the boss in packing. Do something about this and send out the chips the right way.

Great chips, bad packing. BAD packing.

Great chips, but most were crunched up in the bag, due to poor packaging and poor shipping conditions, thus the low rating: please do better with this!

Poorly packed/shipped: lve, but arrivd crnched up!

The bag was packed with busted up broken chips.  And if you could actually find a almost whole chip, it was pock marked with oil you could see thru in the chips.  Gross taste, salty way too salty.  Simply not going to buy this again.  Maybe the plant where made is the culprit?  We have found the smaller (much more expensive bags) have a sturdy better tasting whole unbroken chips in general

Lays is getting worse and worse with chips!

I was very upset when I found they had packed a bag of Potato Chips (almost 5$ a bag) with canned goods and it had been crushed and potato chips were all over in the box.  Do they have rules for packers????  I have had problems 4xs prior but never complained.  Boxes crushed and open. Dented can goods and a Dawn bottle crushed.

I have no pictures.  I donot have a cell phone.

Old Chips. They smell so old %26 couldnt eat   How long  have these been sitting in store?

Couldn't stand smell or taste

2 bags of Lays and 1 bag of Doritos were placed at bottom of extra large box with jars of pickled peppers and vegetable oil on top. Chips were crushed flat, almost I believe on purpose?

Packers need training or firing.

These chips used to be good, but the last three bags I bought were hard, oily, and had a bad taste. I contacted Lays about the issue and although they said they would investigate the problem, they never offered to replace the product or refund the money….poor customer service. This will be the last Lay's brand I buy.
