Not too greasy, nice flavor. The flavoring isn't all natural,  but I do not get a head ache which is nice. Not too much of a chip eater, but these go down nice for every one in our family.

Lays BBQ Chips have the perfect bbq flavor.  Not overly sweet and no sour taste.  Try them, you might just find out how much you love the taste.

Great BBQ Chips

If you like BBQ potato chips, can't find anything about these to complain about.  Definitely a favorite of ours!!! The topping is well distributed, unlike some products that some chips are lacking in seasoning and some have too much. These are usually very uniform; that is a plus for us!!

Great Chip; flavor well distributed

I received a shipment of 40lbs of food I had ordered; however, also included was a very crushed bag of Lay's Barbecue chips. WHO would think it a great idea to pack fragile potato chips with 40lbs of food, cat litter and canned goods was beyond me. Eating chips with a spoon wasn't my idea of how they're supposed to be eaten. I know Walmart's customer service is good, so I called to see if I could get a refund or replacement. The rep was so kind, apologized and within a day I had my replacement bag...in a box, well protected. Thank you so much!

Great Customer Service!

The chips are great, love the flavor, but maybe not ship them in the same box with a 20lb bag of dog food!  Why on earth was food items in the same box as dog food anyway?? And we all know delivery people do not pay attention to the
"this side up ⬆️"  I'm sure they sure they were placed on top of dog food when packed, but were at the end of it when opened.

Crushed chips :(

It was not the Lays potato chips that were the problem, it was whom ever packed the order, they put the Lays potato chips in a box with (2) containers of 64 oz juice. The juice must have fallen on the chips, and busted open the bag of chips. Potato chips were all over the box. So I guess if you order chips, don't order anything heavy with them.

Although my family and I usually love these chips, they weren't exactly the problem this time, as unfortunately we didn't even get a chance to enjoy them because whomever packed them did a horrible job because they put them on the bottom of everything else in the package, which must have burst the bag because they were opened upon when they arrived... smh: this is totally disappointing and very much unacceptable! No one is going to eat chips that have been opened either prior to shipping or while in shipping mode: this is unsanitary and unsafe, especially during a pandemic! We probably won't order chips or anything similar to chips from Walmart, again; this is the second time that this has happened to us in the past two weeks or less, as we have started ordering regularly online over the past 2 months or so. We expect a replacement that is unopened and not all crunched up! Pack food items more carefully and put items such as chips on top with bubble wrap on top and label the box, "Fragile Food Item" or something similarly, so that handlers can know to be extra careful.

Again, so very dissatisfied not with the actual item, but with the condition that the item was packed and how it was received when it arrived: money wasted, if you all don't replace this item, asap! Never, again: very unacceptable, thus the low review rating...

Chips Arrived Opened: Couldn't Enjoy Them! Angry!

i WILL NEVER ORDER CHIPS AGAIN.  THEY ARE ALWAYS IN A BOX WITH HEAVY CANNED GOODS AND DETERGENT AND ALWAYS SMASHED TO PIECES.

I bought this for my son's lunch and was very disappointed by the contents being nothing but crumbs. Not what's expected from Lay's. I will be hesitant to order again in the future.
