Lactaid.. always good for people who can't tolerate lactose. It has a good flavor. I haven't seen the one that has extra vitamin D and calcium, though. I hope they haven't discontinued it.

I have been using fat-free Lactaid milk for years. I use it for everything (cooking, baking, cereal, drinking). It is the only milk I buy. I actually think it tastes better than the regular skim milk I used to buy. This is a great product and I recommend it!

Great product

I drink about two gallons of milk every week. I found out six years ago that I have many food sensitivities and so I tried almond milk and all the other non milk products but couldn't find any that I was able to drink even a little bit of. They all left a bad aftertaste in my mouth. I'd just about decided that because of my sensitivity to milk products I'd just have to give up drinking milk. That's when my dieticain told me to try lactose free milk because my sensitivity to milk might be because of lactose intolerance. I started drinking lactose free milk and found that was my problem with milk. I've tried many different brands of lactose free milk and LACTAID Fat Free Milk is the only one I now drink. I have never had a bad bottle of LACTAID like I have with some other brands so I stick to this brand only even if some of the other brands are cheaper. It's not worth saving a few cents when you can be positive that you are buying the best!

Tastes no different than any other fat free milk

My son and I started drinking Lactaid brand milk when we became lactose intolerant. Now the entire family drinks it. We have tried all the lactose friendly milks out there and there is nothing that compares to the taste, quality and varieties. Thank you Lactaid for allowing us to enjoy dairy again.

By far the best!

I thought I needed it, and I did; but, I can't understand why lactose free milk tastes like it has bunches of sugar in it. 
I went back to regular fat free and Lactaid tablets. I couldn't stand the sweetness.

Lactaid fat free

I love milk and I've been drinking skim for years. But now I'm trying to figure out what in my diet is causing me so much gas. So I thought I'd try to eliminate (or at least reduce) lactose and see how that went. 

I tasted Lactaid fat free for the first time last night. I does taste very much like regular skim milk except that it tastes a little sweet to me. I figure I'll keep drinking it, but I might try the 1% to see if it's less sweet.

Tastes good but a little sweet

Love the milk, hate the packaging. After 10 minutes trying to use a sharp knife to get the aluminum seal off, I now have aluminum slivers down in the milk and a ragged edge that I'm pouring through. 

And while I'm at it, find a recyclable container that can be flattened.
