Any chair now feels like a metal frame with a cardboard upholstery.  This is magic I work from home and sometimes work long hours this chair has been a game changer

Game Changer

Though not real leather, this chair is super for the cost. I saw the exact chair for more than twice the cost elsewhere and almost bought it there it was that nice.

Excellent Value and comfort

So far, so good. This chair replaces a previous La-Z-Boy home office chair that was purchased seven years ago. The faux leather of the previous chair cracked within a couple of years even though the chair itself was still structurally sound and intact. This chair seems to be more sturdy and I'm hopeful the faux leather will wear better. The brown color is very attractive.

"Lazy" is hardly the word that comes to mind for this chair. The manufacturers put in a lot of thought in making this chair, from the easy swivel, the sturdy seat, the comfortable cushion, to the easy assembly. Ecce homo

Very comfortable chair. This is my third one. Other 2 piston collapsed and would not go back up after about a year but I had purchased protection plan. Was reimbursed both times. Other than that chair is great.

Comfortable Chair

I thought I was going to love this chair, but it disappointed me. The leather is torn right next to one of the screw holes. I only had it one day before this happened. There are also two rub marks on each side of the back from where I played it on a sheet to put it together.

Disappointed

Chair assembled easily and is quite comfortable however the height adjustment doesn't work. I called the 800 number and they said the piston is bad and they would send a replacement. So now I have to wait for it to arrive and repair a new chair. How can something like this get past quality control?  Perhaps there is no quality control. I am also concerned about the bonded leather upholstery and how it will hold up.  At least the price was reasonable.

Comfortable but the height adjustment doesn't work

The seat cushion was too short and too hard--very uncomfortable.  After taking all the time to assemble this chair I was very disappointed.  The store needs to have assembled models of every chair they sell to sit on before making a purchase.

UNCOMFORTABLE

I bought this chair that never arrived and I only saw on the SAMS app that there was damage and that they would refund the amount paid and they never called me to see if I wanted another one.

I have had a lazy boy office chair for the last 10
Years and was very happy with it. So I decided to buy another one. Bought it put it together and sat in it and… was the most uncomfortable chair I have aver sat in. I had to take it apart rebox and return. Very disappointed after loving this product for so many years. Had to buy a foreign made chair just to be comfortable.
