Finally sink, faucet and soap dispenser installed in our new kitchen. Love the look. Regarding functionality - pull-out faucet head is too tight - hard to pull out, hard to put back, hope it will become loose after while... Sink should be premium scratch-resistant, but after washing crystal flutes I could see some scratches from glass. Also will be nice to have less stains and residue from water, probably this is water quality problem, but my old (cheap) stainless sink did not have stains from water splashes... However - I like it anyway, and will purchase it again.

We currently love our new faucet. We have only had it for a few weeks but makes a huge difference in our kitchen and goes great with our new countertops. It was also very easy to install. We ordered from faucetsdirect.

Beautiful kitchen faucet that works really great! 
Problem is, once it is out of warranty, it's likely that the faucet can start to leak and Vigo won't honor the limited lifetime warranty and replace it with a new Vigo faucet.

Great Faucet

This faucet looks nice. A plumber installed it for me and said the soap dispenser was better than the Moen model it replaced, but he thought a Moen faucet was a better faucet than this one even though it looked good. I like it. When pulling the head of the faucet out, it goes back up and doesn't slip back down, but it doesn't click in easily. It is necessary to turn it to the right or left to get in to fit into the slot to make it fit tight.

Nice Looking

This faucet was included with a stainless steel sink that we purchased for a kitchen remodel. 
I like the height of the faucet and the sprayer in the head of the faucet. One annoying thing is the lever/handle that turns water on and off and controls the temperature keeps loosening. I have to tighten it several times a day.

Stylish

It's been a few weeks since the purchase/installation. Renovated kitchen and the faucet is holding up rather well; the finish is great. The pull down head is lighter than expected, but functions great. It doesn't retract automatically (there is a weight on its line, probably more of a “guide as you push function”), and you have to push harder than expected to “click” it back in place (it feels flimsy, BUT it isn't and the faucet is holding up).

Definitely worth the cost. 

Packaged very well. Feels heavy out of the box. Overall very happy with the purchase. I would reccommend this faucet for any upgrade OR new install.

Worth it!! Much Better Than Anticipated

We purchased this faucet to replace a three hole faucet in our new home. It has good pressure and I like the sprayer. I do wish you didn't have to keep pushing the spray button each time you turn on the water.  Also, when you retract the spray hose it has to really be pushed quite forcefully to lock back in. It looks nice.

Looks great!

I bought it online, by recommendation from a Lowe's online salesperson, and had it installed about 3 weeks ago. My concern is the pull out hose is stiff, which I'm told will loosen over time. And when I turn/swivel the spout, it sometimes squeaks. Otherwise, the flow, and switching from spray to regular, work very well.

Good product

I purchased the kitchen faucet with soap dispenser in stainless steel.  Very nice looking and easy to install. I needed to buy 24 inch water lines. The lines that come with the faucet are 20 inch and too short to reach the connections on PEX lines from the kitchen island. The 24 inch should be made standard with this model. The pull down spray is great and you can remove the water pressure restriction for much added. Awesome water power. I do recommend.

Great faucet

This faucet looks good in the box but required a special tool to install and tool was not available at my local building supply store.  After my own search and consulting a store employee who recommended the wrong tool which I had to return, I gave up and returned the faucet to SAMs.  Too time consuming.

Looks good but hard to install

I bought this faucet over a year ago. Overall, it works fine. It is slow to respond when changing back from spray to solid. The biggest problem has been the water level becoming loose and needing to be replaced. It is covered under the warranty, but cost $24.95 in shipping and handling, which was a lot of money that was fairly new.  It is already loosening and headed for trouble again - the more you have to tighten it, the threads start to strip.
