It came packaged nicely without any damage.  Took 3 people 7 hours to put together. Assembly was pretty easy due to good instructions, they laid everything out and got fasteners organized before starting. The swingset is great quality, we'll see how it weathers in northern winters. Its perfect for my 5 year old with room to grow. My almost 2 year old loves it too but will be more comfortable on it in a year or so.  The kitchen underneath is an added benefit for toddlers who don't climb as much yet although my 5 year old loves that feature as well. Our whole family loves it!

Great quality and quick installation

We bought this for our grandchildren. This was a great purchase! It did take a little bit longer than anticipated to build due to the instructions being very vague. Thankfully we were able to manage and put the pictures to good use.

Very cute playhouse for my two year old. She is able to fit her feet in the slats on the rock wall to get up by herself. The monkey bars are pretty small but I'm happy with everything else. My husband and FIL worked very hard for a full day but they got it up no major problems.

Compared how expensive everything is now a days, you get what you payed for. Not big but good size for a medium yard. Kids, 9 and 3 loved it. Took 3 days to installed, about 15 hours totaled.

Fun for the kids

Some holes didn't line up. There are several packages of hardware that was mislabeled. There were different bags with the same hardware vs one bag with all the same hardware. Wood staining is very superficial. For being a children's play toy there were a lot of splinters. Website is not very user friendly but once I got to customer service, it was a breeze. Customer service rep Blake made a fast and easy process of ordering parts that were damaged upon arrival.

Good. Not great.

Took two people about 12hrs to put it all together. Really easy to build with all 44 steps of directions. It says box 1-6 but really it's 1-5 then 6 is the slides which doesn't have a number on it. You start with box 4 and then it expands from that. You will have screws in every box you open. Prepare Atleast an hour to set the screws out the way and put them in order along with all the wood parts so you don't have to search. That is what really slowed us down was searching the numbers to find the right board. Awesome play set though.

Grandsons love it. My son-in-law had to open 4 boxes to find the instructions. Then you have to go through every box to find parts that go together. Packing could use some improvements. But the the main thing is the boys are enjoying it.

It is a great product, how ever it came in damaged on one panel. Replacement parts can't be ordered. Sam's club gave me enough discount to cover the damage and fix it instead. My grandson was very happy on Christmas day.

Swing Set

Instructions are not perfect but workable. Materials are labeled wrong so it's confusing. Definitely takes 1 person 15 hours. Probably more if not a skilled laborer.
