These KETO ice cream bars are SO good! I hope they keep them in stock for ever. Perfect crunch, salty, sweet, creamy ice cream combination on a stick.

Absolutely delicious treat

We love these bars, they are a wonderful treat anytime of day! Flavor exceeded my expectation. They are  now a regular on my shopping list. I highly recommend these bars, and also wish Sam's carried the peanut butter and/or other flavored ones I found while on vacation in North Carolina.

Yummy!!

On a whim I purchased these for the summer snack cravings. Usually there is a certain taste to anything sugar free or keto related, but not these. These were great with every bite and you can't beat the value. Only other place I saw them sold at was a Food Lion that ran a sale 4 bars in box for $5. You can purchase these in bulk for the 12 bars at Sam's Club and it's still going to be cheaper than a sale like that. If you're seeking something with less sugar, sugar free, keto, atkins or diabetic friendly, these are a great alternative to other snacks out there for 3 net carbs!

The taste is there!

These are amazing!!! It's nice to have a treat and not wreck my macros for the day! My son loves them as well. Love that they are sweetened with allulose and not sucralose or ace-k. You really can't tell the difference between these and full sugar ice cream bars.

Da bomb!

These are great but the fudge brownie ones are even better. I found them one time at Sam's almost a year ago and haven't seen since. Sam… come on and bring these back. No one else carries these that I've seen.

Great Brand

As a Type Two diabetic guy and lover of ice cream for all of my 85 years, I'm always rummaging in freezer cases for no-sugar goodies. These ice cream on-a-stick things are great! Just the right amount of crunch with a hint of caramel... and not enough of that to yank out teeth. Somehow they manage to taste sweet without that vague chemical after-taste. And only a claimed three grams of carbs.

I absolutely love this ice cream bar! It has a creamy consistency, and the caramel flavor is simply delicious. You wouldn't even guess that it's sugar-free! The best part is that it doesn't have a big impact on my blood sugar, which makes it a perfect treat. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend!

Wow!  These ice cream is smooth and creamy and the salted caramel with milk chocolate and nuts is the perfect combination!  The great thing about these Keto bars is the “no added sugar” recipe:  it has the perfect sweetness and the rich chocolate and caramel flavors without triggering the craving that drives me over the cliff into a sugary train wreck!

Wow! Truly Satisfying!

With the help from these bars, I've lost over 200 pounds. These ice cream bars are so good I hardly feel that I am on a health journey. I've consumed these bars on occasion and never had an issue with weightloss stalling. Our family will buy a box of these and consume the entire box on the way home. They are large and delicious. The reason we eat the entire box in one trip is because we live in Florida and we live over an hour away. I can't even finish 1 without feeling content but my children can down several bars each. They are so delicious. The texture is amazing. This is the only time that our family overly consumes food together and our blood sugar stays stable. We never overeat anything else.  If I would manage to ever get a frozen box home, this would last me months.  I crave a sweet about once a week. This Keto bar is so satisfying. It has amazing chocolate satisfaction. I love the flavor of everything about it.  The carmel and the chocolate work together like magic. The ice cream itself is so creamy and satisfying. I don't have to consume an unhealthy food to feel the rush from indulgence and it feels amazing.  I've lost over 200 lbs on the keto diet in less than 2 years.  I don't know how I would have handled my occasional chocolate and sweet cravings without this ice cream bar. I used to be over 450 lbs, I worked down to closer to 400 the hard way.  When I decided to actually eat a keto diet and no longer starve or deny myself, the weight was falling off and this time, my health was improving. Two years, of feeling the best in my adult life at 51, a size 12 the first time since grade school and an energy that I don't ever believe that I ever felt before. I can run circles around my old self. I actually work harder and I never get tired. I was concerned when I started binging on these bars over a year ago but I do measure my results.  My blood sugar never risen, my weightloss has never stalled, and the guilt is non-existent. I think that these keto bars are a godsend. They can help someone stay true to the health journey, they give you an amazing satisfaction without the guilt. I haven't been in the 1-- lbs "Onederland" as an adult until now. I am about 20 lbs from my final goal and these keto bars will always be a part of my toolbox of go-to foods.

Initially I was excited to bite into these ice cream bars, but once they began to melt on my tongue, I wondered why I didn't taste the sweetness of the caramel.  After a few more bites and adjusting to the different flavors, and lack thereof, I decided to keep them, but not buy again.

Confused taste buds

There was nothing good about these in my opinion. Because they're frozen, it's too much of a hassle to return them so I wasted my money.
