Kerrygold Dubliner Cheese
Combining the flavor of cheddar with parmesan, Dubliner has the taste of cheddar tempered by the mild butteriness of parmesan with a texture similar to cheddar. The flavor has the sharpness that you find in a mature or aged cheddar cheese, but it also contains the nutty flavor typical to a piece of Swiss cheese. Finally, you also get a nice bite which is reminiscent of Parmesan.
