She was had green roots and has been happy since. All of the plants I have bought from Sam's always look well taken care of. I definitely would recommend there orchids!!

Beauty 😍

Everything you'd expect from seasonal orchids. I received 2 white, two variegated and one yellow. Would have preferred all one color. They came in good condition but I immediately watered the roots, allowing them to drain fully and will do so every 10 days or so being careful not to let water sit between the leaves and stem. Still looking great after several weeks.

My Sam's club orchid bloomed for 6 months...unbelievable I know..but I am a former floral designer and know flower...I bought it September 17 and it still has 4 blooms on it.

Ordered for delivery for my best friend's birthday because I was going to be out of town. The delivery was fantastic, but the orchid was not good looking.  They delivered one that had 1 flower with all others crumpled and dead. My friend ended up having to return it for something different. I would have preferred to have the order canceled or changed to cut flowers than had something that was sub par delivered. Especially since I paid extra for delivery when just shipping would have been free.

Sadly orchid delivered looked terrible

Ordered for puck up and it seems they choose the poorest quality plant. I wanted to return but haven't had time. Flowers were dry and falling off. All flowers fell off one stem before I got it. It was a gift too.
