This creates a whiskey of consistent quality while allowing for complex nuances to express themselves in each new batch. This very small batch is an approachable, easy-drinking and smooth bourbon whiskey that’s perfect whether enjoyed neat or in a cocktail, and enjoyed both by connoisseurs and people new to the premium bourbon market. Founded in 1997, Jefferson’s is the brainchild of Trey Zoeller and his father Chet, a famed bourbon historian. I have been buying Jefferson's Bourbon for about 5 years. I by far is superior to any other. Smooth, Tasteful notes and you know what your getting every time you open a new bottle.

Great balance of flavors and nose

The nose is soft with vanilla notes and hints of oak and caramel.    The palate is forward with butterscotch and a sharp finish of oak and the slightest bit of heat.  A truly enjoyable pour.

I am a Jamison's whiskey drinker but enjoy a side sipper of Bourbon (my husband is a bourbon drinker so we always have some).  This is THE BEST BOURBON ON THE EARTH.  We have had hundreds of bourbons, this is my favorite by far!  Buy it, you'll love it

A great journey

Saw it on the same shelf as  Crown.  It caught my attention so I read the tag.  Good thing! This bourbon is smooth, a tad smoky and a little heat on the way down. I'm a sipper and from the first sip to the last the taste stayed the same.  Awesome!

Good stuff

Scanning the shelves of so many bourbons and Thomas Jefferson caught my attention.  My first bottle has turned into several bottles over the last few months of Jefferson's Bourbon.  I keep coming back to Jefferson as my bottle for the weekend.  Just the right amount of finish to satisfy my taste.
