The predominant fruit for J. Lohr Estates Seven Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon comes straight from the vineyard. Planted on its own rootstock, Seven Oaks vineyard uses some of the original plantings from indigenous Estrella clones to produce a wine that’s robust and dynamic. The different soil types and planting combinations add to the palate of J. Lohr Seven Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon with a fusion of black cherry and plum flavors. This wine is light yet hearty and goes delightfully well with many types of meat, vegetables and cheeses.
