International Delight creamers have been dairy-free since the 1980s, containing no lactose, gluten, trans fat or hydrogenated oils. They are also certified Kosher and contain fewer calories per teaspoon than sugar or honey. International Delight coffee creamer does contain sodium caseinate, a milk derivative, which makes it vegetarian-friendly only.
