Redemption Instructions

  • An email confirmation from SamsClub.com will be sent within minutes of successful order placement.
  • A second email from SamsClub@e-deliverygroup.com with access to your Code is usually delivered within an hour or, at most, within 48 hours depending on additional order validation required by Sam’s Club or your credit card company.
  • Click 'View Digital Card' within the email from SamsClub@e-deliverygroup.com
  • The card number and PIN number will appear on the next screen
  • Print this page or show your server/cashier the 19-digit Digital Gift Card number on your phone or tablet at any IHOP® in the U.S. or Canada. Any unused amount can be applied to future purchases.

TO RESTAURANT MANAGER/SERVER/CASHIER: Redeem using same POS process as for a Plastic Card. You must manually enter the 19-digit Digital Gift Card number (or if your cashier stand has a barcode reader that will accept it, optionally scan via the barcode after selecting the Gift Card Auth option on the pay screen) and follow the normal POS steps to complete the transaction. If any balance remains, return this Digital Gift Card to the Guest along with a copy of their Digital Gift Card receipt.

Instead of just sending you a card with a pin, you have to log into a website to verify that it is you, then you can see the gift card number and pin.

An e-mail telling the remaining amounts would be helpful so that I can know how much is left on the e-giftcard. The restaurant does not always provide this information.
