LOVED THIS! Has space on the front for your keys and sunglasses, chairs and beach towels bungeed to the top, fishing rods or umbrellas in the back, lots of cup holders, wheels go right thru the sand. Also holds ice for days. Couldn't ask for anything more.

This thing is a beast!  I thought about it for several months before buying and wasn't disappointed. The stowaway table is a cool feature. It's pretty heavy with several can and a big bag of ice but the long handle makes it feel very light to roll around. It doesn't hold ice for 4 days but I didn't expect it to. I added a case of beverages and a big bag of ice, 24 hours later most of the ice was still there even after opening it often, and 48 hours later there was still a decent amount of ice. It outperformed my expectations. Aside from all that, it's really cool to look at. I'd definitely recommend it.

It's all I hoped it would be!

I really like this new cooler. It has a lot of useful features.  The only thing that could have made it better would have been some kind of handle or grip to lift it up into the truck/suv. Its very difficult to try and lift it up. Other than that,its perfect

NEEDS A GRIP/HANDLE TO LIFT

For it to be a pretty big cooler, it's so easy to maneuver. All the details it had are amazing. From the tray that comes out to the fishing roles/pole holders. Also the hooks it has all around the cooler for easy to tie stuff down on top of it. Definitely recommend

Amazing Product

The cooler is large in size, and his capacity is way more than enough for a large group of people looking to load up enough beverages for the night. The Igloo Trailmate has just about every option you want in a cooler for fishing, beachgoing, or camping. The ice retention is phenomenal, I loaded it with 32 pounds of ice and a 24 pack of canned beverages, and it didn't even fill half the cooler and still had ice in it 4 days later, while the cooler was sitting outside in near hundred-degree weather. Highly recommended!

An even better option than any Yeti cooler!

Opened my package a week after receiving as i was going on a camping trip. First impressions were Amazing! Looks awesome and very rugged. I like the design and overall feel. With that said, a few minor hiccups.. Top corner was dented slighlty and i don't know if that will enlarge over time or even puncture. Also, one of the side had scratch damage from the box as it was not protected or sealed with any foam padding.. Really bummed about the 2 flaws, but mostly worried about the dented corner.. Will contact CS for review..

First Impressions...

Great cooler and got it on a great sale price. Would not buy if it was full price. There are complaints that the coolers come used. I know mine wasn't used but it definitely didn't come in pristine condition either. It had some light scratches, some of the foam for insulation was coming out from the non critical parts, and the wheels looked dirty. I know these coolers are just sitting stacked up in a dirty warehouse and that's why they come the way they are. This is why I'm giving it only 3 stars

Great cooler, cool look, but came a little beat up

Used for one week at the beach. Tray inside of lid just falls when you close it. Never worked since the lever that holds it is too loose.

Cover of handle has come almost completely off. Rubber seal for the dry compartment is out of place already. 

Worst part is, upon receiving the chest, ai realize two small knobs that hold the tray in the inside of the top lid do not hold. The bottom one just flops to the side and the tray falls when you close the lid. Tried to tighten the screw, but didn't help.

Disappointed on these flaws after such an expensive lurchase. Most expensive chest I've ever bought and not very happy due to those flaws.

Positive note - moves pretty good through the sand and the tie down spots on the sides and back of the chest are great.

Cooler is very sturdy and love the storage. It's a great size between too bulky and not enough room. Very disappointed in cold and ice retention. I have had this cooler about 2 weeks and have used it every weekend camping. The longest it will hold ice is about 10 hours before its completely warm and melted. I'm from Maryland where spring & summer days range 70-85 degrees.

Not so cool cooler

Very disappointed in this expensive cooler. It showed up in the box with what appeared to be pretty good protective pieces inside. But the bottom axle is held on by cheap plastic and it was broken right through. I was really hoping for this much money this would be a much stronger cooler. Will be returning I'm looking for a different brand with higher quality.
