This butter substitute is far superior than any other spread on the market. I once had dinner with Stevie Wonder and placed this on one of his dinner rolls and HE NEVER KNEW THAT IT WAS NOT BUTTER. This is hands-down THE premier topping of potatoes, corn, bread, or pastries for nearly anyone in this great nation; that is a verifiable fact. It's really good on mashed potatoes on toast , and sweet potatoes it's creamy it melts in the microwave. It's great for cooking. I have a special recipe for butter cookies this is what I use. It comes in a variety of sizes And you can always use the bowl when you're done. This butter is best on corn on the cob yummy.

The product itself was nice and soft in the container, and easier to get out than spreadable butter.  The product, however, had no taste at all. No butter taste and no margarine taste.  I was not a fan.  I will not be buying this again
