I didn't experience any of the CMOS or battery issues as stated in the other reviews. After contacting the manufacturer support, I was able to get the warranty refreshed to match my date of purchase. It was a very simple process that didn't take much time at all. I've been using my laptop every day for work and casual browsing. couldn't recommend enough! Such a great deal for the price. Will be buying more to replace the older office laptops.

Powerful computing! gets me through my workday!

I've been using my new laptop for about a week now and I have to say this has been a breath of fresh air. The i5 comes with the Intel iris Xe graphics which has been a huge upgrade from my last laptop. It's night and day with how fast it seems to get through all of my tasks. Even with multiple tabs running all at the same time, this thing is super fast. The ample storage allows me to store all of my photos so I really have no complaints. It's been a blessing so I can continue to work from home with ease. I would absolutely   recommend to anyone in the market for a new device.

A breath of fresh air!

Runs great it's supposed to have 1year warranty someone activated it before I got it now it ends in 5 months? Why did Sam's sell it as new? I may return it.

Sold as new ? Not

I received my notebook yesterday and found that my graphic card is mismatched. The graghic card installed in the computer is "Intel,UIHD" and the product spec shows "Intel Iris X"graphic. 
  And the warranty is expiring in 4 months and 21 days time on a brand new computer.
  So i called HP and they advised that if i dont like the installed graphic card i should return the product  to samsclub for refund; and about the warranty issue, they sent me email to send them the purchase receipt for them  to make the correction. 
  Other than those concerns it is too early to make any further comment. I am heading to Samsclub for refund or discount.

Graphic card mismatch and  Warranty issue

Was not the "Door buster" item Sam's advertised. The computer I received had Intel i3, instead of the i5 that was in the advertisement. I didn't open box. I reodered, and had the same result. Customer service was terrific!

Sent the wrong item twice

This laptop is giving refurbished vibes. CMOS error upon boot up. Warranty is not as advertised. It's good until 8/2025, but cpu was received in 5/2025. Graphics listed as Iris Xe, but only has UHD. There is also a tag on the box covering up specs that has a company name of Craving Savings. This is definitely getting returned.

Refurb?

When the laptop was powered up for the first time, there was CMOS battery error. Later after bootup when system diaognostics were run yellow exclamation was shown for the battery. Windows needed tons of software update to become current. The specification of the product misleads with Graphics information. The laptop has simple Intel UHD instead of listed Intel Iris Xe Graphics. HP Warranty show only few months left and ask to buy more time for warranty instead of specified 1 year warranty, again misled. Very disappointed.

Lemon

1, I got CMOS error at first boot.  (May be the CMOS battery was old)
2. The PC started with default options.
3. After starting the windows 11 I checked the warranty status and the HP site said the PC had only 4month warranty left.

CMOS Error at first boot + Wrong warranty date.

This notebook is one year + out of date. Took me have a day to download updates, even old BIOS.
Warrantee started in Oct 2024. I purchased this in May of 2025.
