Description

Tofu is used in a variety of ways. It can serve as a subsitute for meat for a plant-based diet or just enjoyed by itself with dressings or your favorite seasoning. The soft texture is most enjoyable as is or used as a base for smoothies, dips or other replacements for dairy.

Soft tofu is not pressed, but made using a thicker coagulant. It has a delicate body and a mild, milky flavor making it great alternative for dairy and eggs in desserts and baked goods that also works well in savory dishes.

I Froze my Tofu... Can I Still Eat It?

Tofu is edible after being frozen and thawed; however, freezing is not recommended. After freezing, tofu loses its authentic flavor and texture.
