Hay There Gouda with Truffles is finely crafted from the milk of Holstein-Fresian cows, the breed developed for its dairying prowess in Holland, and made on the Bouter single herd family farm for 4 generations. Each wax-coated wheel is aged for over 60 days, during which time it develops a dense, rim paste and a sweet, grassy and milky flavor. As a rule, the flavor of truffles is enhanced by rich complements, which is why truffles are so perfect for mixing into butter, cream sauces, and of course cheese. Made the most delicious truffle Mac and cheese with this truffle gouda. The truffle wasn't overpowering and the cheese made for a smooth sauce. Even my 5 year old liked it.  10/10 would buy again!

We bought this cheese on a whim and it quickly became our new favorite, especially shredded and sprinkled over eggs in the morning. A delighful truffle flavor without being overwhelming.

Hey there “Howda” not “Goo-da” with truffles is my favorite cheese ever! Room temperature it nearly melts in the mouth. Creamy & not overpowering with truffle flavor. Our go-to snack cheese that's delicious as a grilled cheese sandwich too!

This is cheese is so good.  I love truffle and this is surprisingly unique.  It is great on a charcuterie board as it offers a distinguishly different flavor.

Fabulous

This is one of my favorite cheeses. It's delicious. It's a creamy cheese with a hint of truffle. I was so happy to have found this at Sam's Club.

Best Cheese

I absolutely adore truffles and this was sooo good! Soft and creamy and truffle goodness all rolled into goat cheese. I'm always nervous about buying new cheeses, but I'm so glad I did and I will be buying it again!

Amazing combination of gouda cheese and truffle oil! Even better melted over fries or paired with apples!

OMG SO GOOD!

It was really good. The truffle addition was different, in a good way, perhaps a little on the strong side. I liked it, however, and will purchase again.

Delicious Gouda

I have tasted the natural truffle, and I can tell That this cheese tastes nothing like truffle. The truffle is less than 2% of the total weight. It's too expensive compared to regular cheese.
