Quality Construction and Easy Assembly
The shed features LP® SmartSide® siding and trim that protect against hail, wind, moisture, decay, and termites. It comes as a ready-to-assemble DIY shed kit, complete with a wood floor including framing and decking. The siding comes pre-primed, so all you need to do after installation is paint and caulk the joints for waterproofing. The shed interior can be fully customized with the ability to add shelves. It includes two operable windows with screens for light and ventilation. Please note that paint, shingles, drip edge, and roofing felt are not included.

This 10’ x 16’ footprint features 6’ tall sidewalls for vertical storage of long-handled tools. A metal swivel hasp is included – just add your lock to ensure the safety of your stored items. Choose the DIY kit for a fun and easy installation process. The kit includes pre-cut wood materials, a complete floor system, a complete roof system, fasteners, a handle, and detailed instructions. Please ensure your chosen spot for the shed is on high ground to avoid water pooling and leave room on all sides for painting.
Professional Installation Option
For a hassle-free setup, opt for professional installation. The price includes delivery, professional installation, and a 10-year limited material warranty. Handy Home Products will contact you a few days after purchase to schedule your installation. The installation process takes 6-10 hours, and within 30 days, you will need to paint and caulk the shed for waterproofing. Please ensure access to electricity within 150 feet of the unit and a 3-foot minimum unobstructed access for installers to carry materials to the building site.
Installation Requirements
Check your local HOA, zoning laws, and site dimensions for shed use and installation requirements. The build site should be free from trees, shrubs, limbs, or other debris and level within 6 inches. Your installer will level up to 6 inches at no additional charge. Additional charges will apply if your site is out of level by more than 6 inches but less than 18 inches. Site prep and foundation are not included.
