CONVENTIONAL OVEN COOKING DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
2. Arrange on metal baking pan
3. Bake 20-24 minutes total*. Flip after 14 minutes.

*FULLY COOK FISH TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165 DEGREES F OR HIGHER BEFORE SERVING.

AIR FRYER COOKING DIRECTIONS:
1. Place a single layer (8-10 sticks) of fish sticks in the air fryer basket.
2. Fry fish sticks at 400 degrees F for 9-12 minutes.*

DEEP FRYER (for restaurant use) COOKING DIRECTIONS:
1. Place 8-10 sticks in basket, separating to prevent from sticking.
2. Fry at 350 degrees F for 4 to 5 minutes* until golden brown and crunchy.
Note: The correct oil temperature is critical to ensure proper browning and thorough cooking. Always allow oil to reheat before frying additional fish sticks.
