Description

This compact glass front steamer features stainless steel construction, will not rust or leak, and will hold up to (50) 8 to 1 hot dogs and 20 buns.

Pilot light gives you a positive indication that the heat element is on

Since these machines use an infinite heat control, the pilot light may not be lit all of the time

Fill water pan with warm water (up to 4 quarts)

Place up to 30 dogs in hot dog side of hood and cook for 45 minutes

Arrange hot dogs loosely to allow steam to circulate freely

At the end of 45 minutes add 20 more hot dogs and cook for 30 minutes more

Ready to serve when hot dogs reach serving temp of at least 140° (never let hotdogs fall below this temp.)

Place buns in steamer as needed
