Please read the following information in its entirety prior to placing an appliance order.
Most deliveries can be made within 3-5 business days (availability and frequencies are determined by zip code). Members will be contacted one day prior to the delivery date and given a predetermined 4-hour delivery window. Delivery does NOT include under-counter installations, front load washer installations, unitized or stacked (washer/dryer) assembly.
The option to have old appliances hauled away is available in most areas for an extra fee. (Availability Note: Install services are not available in all locations.)

Be sure to have the necessary installation accessories (i.e. water lines, power cords, vents) available for the delivery person. Federal, State, and Local codes prevent the reuse of existing installation accessories.
Inspect your new appliance for damage. The delivery person will explain your options if damage is discovered.
Verify that your new appliance has been tested and is operational before signing the Proof of Delivery.
In order for installation of a washer to be completed, the conditions below must exist.
An individual, properly grounded branch circuit, with a three-prong grounding-type receptacle, protected by a 15- or 20-amp circuit breaker or time-delay fuse is required (115V, 60Hz, 10A). Washer wall outlet must be located within 35" of service cord entry. Wall outlet must not be located behind dryer. Please have outlet installed prior to delivery if it does not already exist. The Delivery Agent will NOT be able to install these outlets.
Hoses supplied with your new washing machine will be connected to water taps and a cycle will be started to test the washing machine performance, if: 1. The hot and cold-water shut-off valves are identified (labeled HOT and COLD ) and located near the washing machine location 2. The hose connections are not corroded. 3. If the washing machine drains via a standpipe, it must be at least 34 inches tall. 4. Local codes apply
Please have your home ready for your new appliance. Unless ALL conditions listed above exist, the installer will be unable to perform the installation.

Orders need to be cancelled a minimum of three business days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
GE or Hotpoint appliances purchased online from Sam's Club and delivered by GE Home Delivery may be returned or replaced if the Member discovers the product is damaged or does not work properly and contacts GE within two business days. Sam's Club Members must contact GE directly at 1-877-885-2787 within 48 business hours of delivery in order to be eligible for returning or replacing the original appliance.
Please inspect your delivery before signing your receipt.
