We’re serious about our love for cheese, and we know you are too. This mild, buttery cousin of Brie is crafted by award-winning cheesemakers in France’s southern Rhône-Alpes region. Made with cow’s milk from local farms, each round has that luscious oozing interior you look for in your soft cheeses.
This double-cream soft cheese is made using a special production process called “ultra-filtration.” Ultra-filtration breaks down the fat molecules and removes water from the pasteurized cow’s milk. This concentrates all of the other components allowing for a rapid acceleration of the cheesemaking process, a more luscious texture and a higher protein and calcium content.
