Once we found this brand, we never went back. It's soft. it tastes like white bread should and it's pretty affordable.

The  bread was yellowish and very dry, not edible threw away,  this has been happening a lot recently, some days its soft and fresh then  some days not, even with  a good expiration date.

I've enjoyed products from the Franz bakery ever since I moved to the Pacific Northwest almost 40 years ago.
Recently it seems they suffer from poor quality control. This last loaf I purchased is an example. It was excessively doughy and undercooked with misshapened slices. Not exactly what I've come to expect from this bakery with a history of excellent products.
Disappointing.

Not the best--  kinda bland actually, but it will do if you prefer white bread and only have a couple of bucks.

Ok for a regular loaf I guess...

used to be decent, middle of the road bread now it seems to be just junk. last three loaves were cut wrong, falling apart and just tasted worse.

The last two loaves I've purchased taste and smell like straight bleach. I thought that the first loaf was just off but they seem to have changed their recipe to add additional chemicals and it's inedible. Do not buy this bread.

Something's Wrong at Franz

I was going to make a Nutella sandwich, I just now realized I never got the BREAD! I was charged for an item I was not given. I never thought to look at my purchase history until now (moneys tight so brain said hey you should check before you buy a loaf) and sure enough I was actually not given 1 item that I purchased.

I KNEW IT!

This bread was old and stale. Kept for cooking otherwise I would've thrown out. Won't buy this again.
