Product works great! Amazing for meal prep as with all of the additional burners, and and oven with sufficient room. It does a great job a meeting our every needs, and has been very reliable.

Forno Appliances 

While I was shopping for a 36" gas range I found this on Home Depot website and after reading all the positive reviews and affordable price, I ordered the stove and I am so glad I did. Even My kitchen builder was impressed by the look of it and affordability.  It looks beautiful and cooks fast and evenly.

Forno customer service team is amazing, they go above and beyond to help you. They take customer service to another level. first I ordered 30" and later I changed my mind and thought I would want 36", When I called Forno customer service the item was already shipped but PINA  and JENNIFER took it so personal and kind enough to call the shipping company to stop the process and helped me get 36" stove. Thank you PINA and Jennifer.

The only problem I had with the stove is the temperature gage, there is no built in gage so I got a  thermometer for $10 and hung it in the stove to see the correct tempreture.

36″ Galiano Gas Range • 6 Sealed Burners • FFSGS6244-36

After researching the oven online, the family decided to purchase this oven. Once the stove is installed. we enjoyed the oven however, after the oven was installed we noticed a huge dent on the bottom part of the oven this week, prior to installation. However now working on getting the bottom panel of the oven replaced.

Great oven

First issue was the oven temperature was off by about 50 degrees below knob temperature. Adjusted the the control to it's max. That was at first use. Also oven creates suet Now oven turns on by itself! Called tech to fix today and he was unable to fix without further investigation.

2 years old

When we first received the range and hooked it up, the temperature for the oven was 100 degrees off. We set it for 350 and it never went above 250. I looked up on YouTube to see if there was an adjustment for the thermostat and there was. We followed that procedure and the temperature was corrected. It would be nice if this was in the owners manual. The knobs on the front get very hot when the oven is on. Other than that, the stove top and oven seem to work very well and I am happy with the overall appearance of the range.

Forno Customer Service

Not even had for 2 years and had a lot of issues. Had to replaced oven igniter twice and not trying to replace oven burner tube. Can't find one though and cannot get ahold of forno.

Not the best

Has not even been 2 years and my oven keeps going out. Have replaced igniter twice and not replaced the oven burner tube. That is- if I can get forno to email me back and help me find a replacement, bc I cannot find one so far.

I got my oven a little a year ago. I loved it up until about 2 months ago when the tow middle burner on top quit working and then a few days ago the oven went out. I am super disappointed.  Appliances are too expensive to last only a year or 2

Beautiful but didn't last long

I've had this oven for about two years within the first year one of the burner knobs broke off. now the thermostat is broken and another burner is having issues

Cant get a hold of anyone!!! I have tried calling over and over and emailing multiple times. I have a defective range and I need some assistance. Please give me a call back
