Very comfortable on the hand, works easily.  I bought this to replace another brand that felt like it needed to be "greased", I could barely open it anymore!  I have weak hands, but still, I needed something easier and I have always had good luck with Fiskars.  Loved this one so much I ordered four more!  Strangely, when I received them, all four were out of their packages?!?!  So I had four cardboard backs, four plastic casings, and four scissors strewn about the box!  Good thing they weren't gifts :-)

Ok scissors but hard to use - tight awkward

Hard to use

I am very unhappy with the shipping.  They ship it with USPS.  The envelope that held the scissors took so long to receive from USPS the scissors inside the envelope were delivered to a mailbox.  USPS can not handle any package with care.  I hope Sam's Club understands it.  These scissors are unreturnable.
