We bought another shredder from Staples that jammed every single time that we used it. This was not that much more expensive and it works every time. No jamming. I can't believe it after what I was dealing with. Would definitely recommend this product.

I just love my shredder. I really wanted this shredder for so long but was unable to purchase. Walmart gave me the opportunity to do so a few weeks ago and I actually purchased the shredder. I am happy to report that it is working really well, it is doing everything as stated in the product description. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to my friends and family members.

Great Shredder

Powerful, easy to use, does not make a lot of noise. I have been using it regularly and only had to clean a jam once. That, too, because I put in an old credit card by mistake along with some papers. The card was shredded, but some of the pieces got stuck.

I ordered this shredder two replace two old ones I was using to get rid of old documents. It is very efficient and quiet. In a matter of 15 minutes I was able to shred over a thousand pages of documents. I like the fact that the shredding is very small which is important to protect personal and sensitive information. I bought it recently and had the chance to use it only once so far. I do not know about durability yet, but it appers to be well built and steady.
Removing the bag of shredded papers is a breeze. Despite my limited experience using it, I would recommend it to my friends.

This sredder is supper quiet and fast!

Best quality

I needed a home office shredder that could handle a a large volume of paperwork and the occasional CD or credit card destruction. On the first day I shredded about 50 lbs of old bills and it was no problem.

My only complaint is that changing out the bags is somewhat messy - lots of little shreds fall outside the basket so keep you vacuum cleaner close. They should do a better job designing some way to attach the bags to the disposal basket. You can make-do with a very long, strong rubber band or thin bungee cord (or maybe tape?).

The less expensive models just don't work as well. This was a bit more than I wanted to spend but a little more money means getting the job done right instead of buying a cheaper but shoddy product every 6 months!

Good Value

This is a good fit for our office. We had gone through 2 shredders in the past 5 years. This can handle the load and is much quieter.

Nice quiet shredder.

I'd like to give this a higher rating but the design of the shredder bin is appalling for a machine at this price point. It's made out of corrugated cardboard! While the shredder itself works well enough you have to handle the bin carefully while emptying it.
