My wife and I bought an electronic bidet toilet seat eight years ago through a special offer on Amazon.  Though initially skeptical of its efficacy, we discovered over time that it had become almost a necissity.  The Amazon product was built in Japan and after several years developed cracks on the underside of the seat (no leaks involved) and we felt the need for a replacement.  Therefore, we reviewed the Sam"s catalog and found "Intelliseat" which is made in South Korea and offered at half the price of the original seat.  I ordered two--for each of us in different bathrooms.  The seats are now installed and appear far superior in engineering and construction to our prior seat.  This is a product that, with daily use, becomes virtually indispensible.  The savings on toilet paper are amazing.

Superb piece of remarkable machinery

I bought this seat (Intelliseat) a few weeks ago and my son installed it for me.  Due to the configuration of my toilet, my son was unable to tighten the seat down all of the way.  I used the Intelliseat bidet being very careful until I could get a plumber to tighten it properly.  Anyway, this seat is the best! Due to a skin condition I have, wiping with toilet paper--even wet toilet paper--makes my rectal area raw and bleeding.  The Intelliseat is a Godsend.  No more pain, bleeding, and dreading a 
BM.

We bought this for my mother after her major lower back surgery. She cannot bend to clean her bottom after bathroom visits and it is very hard to wash everyday without hurt her wounds and spines. We are so worried about the possible infection without a good clean everyday. This is the solution and helps her A LOT! She loves it and now she cannot live without it!

My wife and I have been wanting a bidet seat for some time as we don't have room for a separate bidet, this was the ideal solution. This product works great, the sensation takes a little getting used to, after using it for a while it's hard when you have to use a conventional bathroom, it's like you don't feel fully clean..
I have my own small construction business, so I had no problem installing this bidet seat. I guess the hardest part was installing a new gfic as I wanted it low and close to the toilet, hampered by the vanity it was awkward but obviously not impossible. I would totally endorse this product.

Excellent product.

got it and it's a great unit.  it has more power in the spray than other models.  I still have one from 10 years ago still working but I wanted to put in a new one because it's starting to crack and eventuality it will break.

Intelleseat Bidet

Super easy to install. Comes with all the necessary hardware and instructions were easy to understand and carry out. 

I really love this product so far. It definitely leaves me feeling cleaner and pampered! 

Eveerything works perfectly, although there is a bit of a personal learning curve for anyone, like me, who has never used one. It is not intimidating at all though, really simple to adapt to. 

I only gave 4 stars because I do wish the dryer was a bit more forceful and could be adjusted, but this is an extremely minor thing that in no way detracts from how great this product is.

I Will Never Go Back To TP Only

Wanted a value-priced unit with remote and  air dry, to eliminate wiping.  This unit does this, doesn't take long to get used to, and remote is good.

Note, included T adapter did not fit water shut-off connection; bought the right one at Lowe's.

Does what was wanted

Great bidet with lots of features.  Heated seats, warm water, hot hair dry.  The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is that it got stuck once and I had to unplug and replug it in.

Very clean

Bought this to replace an old Intelliseat, which was developing weak spray unresponsive to flushing and washing the filter. Have had similar problems with our other Intelliseat, although both have lasted over 10 years. Would buy them again in ten years as that seems a reasonable life span.

They don't last forever!

I like some features of this better than my old bio-bidet but others less. I feel this one has a stronger spray and I like the oscillation better . However  on the bio-bidet you could program settings for two people.  And it had a button that did wash and dry together  on this you have to press each one each time.  The other problem is now the seat heater has stopped working in less than a month, so it will be going back for a new one , hopefully this is a fluke problem.

Good and bad

I ordered this item originally in May, it said shipped but was never sent to FedEx.  Sam's customer service issued a reorder, and that one again was not sent to FedEx despite saying shipped on Sam's order status.  The same situation is now happening a third time and Sam's customer service has been unable to tell me why, or provide satisfactory correction to the issue.
