Great product for a good price! We enjoy being able to all lay on the couch and watch something as a family! There is lots of room and the storage is nice. It was easy to put together and seems very sturdy so far.

Great product for a good price

It’s a classic styling, very firm but also comfortable, I needed a sofa bed for my kids when they’re home from college, but I don’t like sitting on a sleeper sofa. This thing does that and is still comfortable.

Sectional retro styling sleeper, and storage

This couch is so so clever in the way it's designed! It's large and could fit a large family or group of friends! I love how much storage space is in the chaise and how it can be transformed into a pullout bed. I think it would be great in a variety of spaces and life stages for extra sleeping spots and for those who like to host especially!

The Dylan stain resistant sectional is an incredible piece of furniture! It's a luxurious deep grey fabric that would work well with most design styles. The sectional has incredible storage for blankets or toys. It would comfortable seat a small group of people and also seems to make a great napping couch.

This is really comfortable. It's fairly firm (which I prefer) but still soft enough to be very comfortable. You're not going to just sink into this one because it's too soft. The pull out bed is very easy to use, spacious, and won't leave you cramped. It's long enough for very tall people and wide enough to roll around and not fall off. Overall a great product.

This comfortably seats my whole family with ample sleeping space on the cozy pullout bed! The fabric is luxurious while being strong enough to handle jumping kids! I love the huge storage compartment, which holds blankets, pillows, board games and more. The sectional is roomy with ample space for sitting or lying down but it not monstrous in size. Just right!

This couch is great! It has a nice high back with good support. It is firm but comfy. The pullout slides out super easily and is definitely more comfortable than your regular sofa bed. It is also nice that it fits into the couch to create one huge bed!

I loveeee the size of this couch. The width and openness is what I'm looking for in a couch. It's comfortable too! I'd probably purchase it in a different color though. I'm not a huge fan of the gray, but then again, I'm not a homeowner so I'm not sure what I'd want.

The couch is decent. You have to assemble it yourself. My review would be higher if I actually received the full sectional. Out of four boxes, i only received three and after reaching out to customer service several times, I still don't have my missing box.

I did not receive the entire sectional

We waited over 3 weeks for delivery with a 12 hour window on the scheduled day. On that day, the delivery company called and said they couldn't make it for another two days. I was understandably upset. I had to take a day off work, and they wanted me to take another day off. The lady we talked to offered no help and went as far as lecturing me. She even hung up on me. I was left with no choice but to cancel the purchase. Sam's was happy to oblige. Customer service is a thing of the past and the customer is always wrong is in. The couch might be a good deal but what does it matter if you have to deal with goons to get it in your house.
