Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana
  • 6 Medjool Dates
  • 1 Small handful Raw Almonds (6-8) 
  • 1 - 1 1/2 cups Almond Milk

Directions:

Remove the pit from the medjool dates then add all ingredients in to a blender. Secure the lid and blend until all ingredients mix together smoothly.
