I don't know what the one stars are for these, I prefer these over carnitas version. Like they were made from different companies different. I now buy them any time I see them fry them to perfection and some chili or hot sauce. Great when hungry and want something fast. Would recommend

Shocked mind blown versus the Carnitas version

I was skeptical about buying these at first, but I'm so GLAD I did, they are so delicious! The texture, the taste, everything was on point…just wish they were a little bigger lol

Delish!

I love these as a quick snack or dinner. They are super easy cook on the stove and I like to add oil so they get crispy on the outside. It's fun that I can top them with salsa or guacamole, super versatile.

Always in my refrigerator

They were ok for a quick microwave snack.   Just a tad spicy for my taste, but eaten with guac tampered the spice.  I would have preferred the meat to be a bit more chunky in texture.

PUPUSAS sparked my curiosity

The filling is way too salty, just a different shape of tamales. Tasted one and the rest is still sitting in freezer until I decide what to do with them.

Simple to prepare snacks but..

We wanted to like them but we really did not enjoy them. I had to tone mine down with a bit of sour cream and cheese on top. We ate them because we were starving and good in a quick pinch for a fast meal or snack. Just something not for us however others may really love them so I wouldn't deter someone else from buying. It was a one time buy for my family.

Quick bite to eat but not a repeat purchase for us

I did not care for the flavor of these. I have had birria from Mexican restaurants and the meat stuffing in these is not even close to the same taste. Will not be getting again.

Mini Pupusas

I love Mexican foods and we really wanted to like these, but we did not. The filling reminded me of canned chili with no beans. The flavor of the cheese was similar to velveeta.

Not for us

Poor quality. Tastes like freezer burnt bean and cheese burrito. Sam's Club should do taste and quality tests before allowing consumable products sold through Sam's Club. Everyone who ate had upset stomach. Probable food poisoning.

Poor Quality

Really bad tasting! Strange flavor, couldn't quite identify it. Took a bite out of two I had prepared and threw the rest I had cooked and the ones in the freezer right in the garbage!
