Del Real Spicy Cranberry Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

  • One Del Real Foods Fire Roasted Red Salsa
  • 1.5 to 2 cups of fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup of Honey (add more if desired)
  • One lime juice and zest

Instructions:

  1. In a small pot on low, add Del Real Foods Fire Roasted Salsa and heat for about one minute.
  2. Add fresh cranberries and let simmer for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, smash cranberries and add 1 cup of honey and let simmer for another 3-5 minutes. (Add more honey to taste if desired).
  3. Once the sauce has thicken remove from heat and stir in lime zest and juice; let cool. Enjoy!
