- Broad tip Crayola Washable Markers
Kids love to draw and create. With the Crayola® Washable Markers, you can allow them to do just that without the worry of permanent marks being left on your walls or furniture. This set has an ultraclean design that will enable you to use warm water and mild soap to remove any marks from skin, clothing and even painted walls.
What Is the Diameter of the Crayola Washable Markers?
These Crayola Washable Markers are the wider, broad tip markers, not the thin, fine line pens. They have a diameter of 0.7 inches, making them thicker and more comfortable for smaller children to hold onto and come with a bullet style tip. As these are the wider tipped markers, they are ideal for filling in large areas with color but are not suitable for detail work.
What Colors Come in the Crayola Washable Markers?
With each pack of Crayola Washable broad point markers, you get eight of the classic colors. Each set includes a black, green, blue, yellow, orange, you red, purple and brown pen. These are the colors recommended by most teachers to be a staple in every child’s art box. Each one has Crayola’s ColorMax™ color which is proven to be some of the truest-to-color on the market.
Are Crayola Washable Markers Good for Fabric Designs?
As these are washable markers, they may not be suitable for fabrics that you intend to wash regularly. The ultraclean formula allows it to come out with warm water and a mild detergent. However, if you want to use these markers to draw a design that you wish to remove during the wash, they are ideal. They also work well on fabrics that you do not intend to clean such as purses and bags.
What Is the Best Age Range to Use Washable Markers?
All Crayola products are made with non-toxic material which allows small children to use them without fear of harm from accidental ingestion. However, the best age range for these Crayola Washable pens is ages four and up. You can use them with children as young as two years old. It is recommended that you monitor your child while they use them and ensure that they do not put the lids in their mouth as those may become a choking hazard.
