We bought this for our Senior Center.  Our old one had become all but useless.  The feature of ADA Accessibility was  the main reason we bought it, as we have several people in wheelchairs, with walkers etc.  So far everyone loves the new Vending machine. They are delighted to have such a large selection of treats.  We are thrilled!

Everything we'd hoped for and more!

I have not had the machine long, but it has been great so far.  I like how easy it was to program prices and set up.  The only drawback is how high the snacks are.  It is hard to load the machine up top, even pulling the drawer out and down as far as it goes.  I am 5'7'' and I still struggle to see and reach the slots to properly load the chips.

Combo Machine is great!

Bought this machine for our office of 17 employees. It's been great so far. Only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5...make sure you have a computer tech handy to program it. It's a bit confusing. Otherwise, very happy with it.

It's a nice machine overall but there has been no support at all from Selectivend with issues. I've tried leaving messages through their contact page, voicemail, and submitted trouble tickets to no avail. I've had my machine since approximately July 2020.  I started trying to get assistance around May 2021. Since then have tried various times with no response. I would definitely not purchase from this company again.

Poor customer support from Selectivend

We were hoping to get a decent machine but right out of the package we had issues with the maching, messed up seal, handle to the refrigerated section broken, drawer inside that area not working properly. Missing manual and stickers.  Really disappointed even the guy they sent out to repair the machine said it didn't look like a new machine.

Waiting for them to Pickup

I wouldn't like to be writing this review because out of the 3 machines I purchased, 2 never got me problems. I am new to this business and decided to buy 3 new machines instead of used ones because I wanted the assurance of starting the business with new, modern machines with a factory warranty. One of the machines I purchased was this 3589 26 BCM Combo, and I've had nothing but problems with it. This machine came with several missing and defective parts from the factory. First headache was with the iVend system, missing from the factory. Customers complaining that items sold weren't being delivery and their money gone. After numerous emails and phone calls, they finally agreed to send the missing part and a technician for repair.
Then, one of the drink motors arrived defective. I had to pay for the replacement part, shipping, and learn how to replace it through a video tutorial because they said this isn't covered by the warranty, even happening 4 months after I got the machine. This process took another eternity, and they only reimbursed me $27 for the part, not the shipping. The reimbursement took me to beg them for it. 
At this moment, I have been struggling for 3 months because the LED light that illuminates the beverage window, which, like the iVend system, was not installed on the machine. As a newbie in the business, I only found out about this 3 months after the machine was delivered when my customer complained that they could hardly see the drink display. I have made more than 8 scheduled service calls, and nothing gets resolved. It's always the same conversation: We will call you to resolve the issue. The customer service from Wittern/Selectivend/VendNet is terrible. They pretend to help but do nothing. It's a huge incompetence. 
Since I purchased these machines through financing, the only department that seems to work well is the finance department because they deduct the machine cost from my account every month. They never fail at that. 
My advice to anyone reading this is to look for another manufacturer and never buy this model. It's simply disastrous. I would give zero stars if I could.

Splits open about 2 cans a week.  Sam's says not their problem, Selectvend says no warranty on defects, return to Sam's.  Other problem is if machine runs out of drinks, it still takes money and attempts to vend, so you must open the maching weekly to check stock.

Rips cans open when vending

PLEASE TRUST THE REVIEWS, THIS MACHINE IS AWFUL. CONSTANTLY HAVING TO WORK ON IT. ALWAYS BROKEN CONSTANTLY HAVING TO CALL TECH SUPPORT. WE LOOSE SO MUCH MONEY WITH MACHINE DISPERSING MUTLTIPLE ITEMS INSTEAD OF JUST ONE OR LETTING THEM CHOOSE THE SAME DRINK FIVE TIMES WITH JUST $2.00 IT IS AWFUL. WE DONT EVEN MAKE MONEY OFF THE MACHINE TO COVER THE COST, DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE PLEASE PLEASE GO ELSE WHERE....
