The Gold Medal stainless, heated, compact size bun cabinet warms and holds up to 28 buns. The compact roller grill item 980115626 (sold separately) sits nicely on top of this unit. This is perfect for concession stands or trailers with limited space. Buns kept in their sealed bags requires no water added to the unit. If you prefer the buns kept out of the bag, water is required. Simply follow the instructions in the manual for your preference.
