Super easy to utilize. Better than gritty fiber drinks. Four caps a day keeps tummy troubles at bay! LOL!  Funny but true. I had gallbladder issues and finally went through surgery. Afterward much pain from the peritonitis which necessitated pain medication. Those types of medication can cause constipation and slowing of the digestive tract. These caps are just the thing. Sometimes I take a fiber drink at a different part of my day to work at keeping the digestive tract motivated. :-)   especially when eating beef or pork for my big meal of the day -which is hard to digest. Digestive enzymes work well with these caps. It doesn't make any urgency and running to the nearest bathroom. That's pretty important too.

Super convenient and effective.

It's the only type of Fiber and Product that has proven to be effective and not cause stomach upset for me.  I have multiple stomach conditions and fiber sensitivity is a huge problem and yet I need Fiber for my other stomach condition. IBS -C and Gastroparesis are among my stomach problems. Everybody is different but it has worked for me

Great product that works as advertised.  I've been taking this for years as i don't consume enough fiber daily and this works. There's a noticeable difference in hunger levels (when consumed prior to a meal) blood sugar levels, and trips to the bathroom

I take these daily. Other fiber supplements have caused me great digestive discomfort. For a while I couldn't find these anywhere. It was great I found them at Sam's!

What a great buy!

These work great for regulating my bowel movements. I ordered them twice from Amazon and each time they cancelled the order presumably because they couldn't find them. I then ordered them from Walmart and received them in a few days.

I appreciated the prompt delivery of this product as it's something I take every day, and it's becoming increasingly more difficult to find it in stores.

Try this to see if it works for you.  I found the liquid citrucel unpleasant but that's only a preference.  The tablets are convenient but you must drink at least full glass of water close to taking it.  These are fairly expensive but the store brand didn't seem  to work as good.

received a package with short expiration and had a entire ups 3 day select sticker on the packaging...from I assume a return customer....I will not post the name and address on the sticker!  Sloppy.
