I like that I just add a few things to the mix and stir it good and it's ready to cook. I add either walnuts or pecans and chocolate chip morsels. There's no substitute for making banana bread from scratch but this mix has a great taste. I also add extra banana for flavor.

I haven't tried it without the bananas that's what I'm gonna do next time, but it was good with the two bananas or three I did too

Easy to make recipe uses up 2 bananas, one egg and water. I substituted milk for water in the recipe. It's so easy that I made it with my three year old toddler helpers.  Fast, easy, delicious.
